Thank you! I'm thankful this Thanksgiving holiday for placing a call to your organization four months ago. I was devastated and felt that even God himself had forgotten me. My world was ruined. According to my way of seeing things and circumstances around me, I wanted a divorce, I wanted out; out of my pain and dissolution. I don't remember how, but I called the YANA Ministries telephone number and someone prayed for me and told me how God has a way of changing people and if I waited on the Lord, He could do it for me and my wife. The days went on and I began seeing a change in my wife, and also in me. I wish I could tell you how much we both have changed. I finished six months of training on my new job. I am now starting the third month of training and I love each day I am with my wife and children. I have seen how the Lord has a plan, even in the midst of suffering, confusion and loneliness. I am thankful this Thanksgiving holiday for YANA and thank your ministry for being there when I needed your help. Thank you for answering the phone line when I needed it the most. Thank you for the e-mails and most of all for representing the LOVE of this amazing carpenter of our lives, Jesus.  Thank you for your many prayers for me and my family. Thank you YANA!! - Friend of YANA Ministries

I had a similar experience regarding self-control. On July 1, 2007, as I was hearing a message preached on some other topic, I felt/heard/experienced God telling me that He desired intimacy with me. Although He had told me many times before that He wanted me to join Him in this intimate relationship we have, this time it must have been the Holy Spirit that “brought it home.” I am convinced that Jesus will overshadow anything we may struggle with if we passionately pursue relationship with Him, an intimate relationship with Him. …..If you use your cell phone in a room that is completely dark, the light from the phone will appear to be very bright. If you turn on the room lights, those lights will overshadow the light the phone emits, just as God’s love overshadows the things we can’t seem to control. - Roy Garcia, November 24, 2007 message
